Description:
Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low value procurement procedure. The European Chemicals Agency strives to provide its staff and visitors with appropriate infrastructure and services that facilitate and support ECHA-s scientific work and decision making. Following the pandemic, ECHA has introduced new ways of working, including hybrid working and a reduction in the number of visitors to its premises due to the increased use of virtual tools. The request for service is to test options to optimise future space utilisation and explore innovative approaches to accommodate ECHA-s evolving work dynamics, considering how workspaces and meeting spaces are currently being utilised, piloting the activity-based working approach in part of the building, revitalise the office cafeteria and transform meeting and collaboration spaces. The services should also take due consideration of required staff involvement, any proposed transformation costs, and required specifications of works for following procurements. The contract is estimated to run for two-three months. The maximum amount of the contract is estimated to be 40 000-50 000 EUR and will be defined in the invitation to tender.
