Description:
During 2026, Kymenlaakson Jäte Oy will carry out excavation work and leveling of the area in the area of the Keltakanka waste center in the area called Takakallio. The contract includes the work phases required for rock breaking and blasting, quarry processing and the area the leveling of the area according to the plans. The work is carried out in accordance with the plans, work explanations and safety requirements provided by the customer, and the contractor must take care of all work steps related to excavation and earthworks, as well as the necessary measurements and quality assurance. The materials mined from the area remain the property of the contractor in those parts, which material is not used for leveling the field according to the plans, etc. for structures. The customer designates a storage location for the materials from the immediate vicinity of the mining area. The contractor may store the materials at the site until the end of 2029 at no cost.
