The acquisition is mainly targeted at the western area of Kajave Oy. The western region is geographically covered by about half of the Kajave distribution network, Including the areas of the following municipalities: Kajaani, Paltamo, Puolanka, Pyhanta, Siikalatva, Hyrynsalmi, Ristijarvi and Vaala.
The subscriber's non -binding estimate of the anticipated value of the acquisition, including options, is approximately EUR 4.3 - 4.5 million.
