The UPO investment project is a joint project of Centria-AMK, Jedu Educational Association (Jedu) and the University of Oulu, which will build infrastructure for renewable energy in Northern Ostrobothnia.Provide training in different areas of renewable energy and new training and career paths for those who are either unemployed or not employed in the peat industry. Centria, Jedu and the University of Oulu implement the infrastructure training paths in the parallel ESR+ projectFor young people and adults. Training paths support changing entrepreneurship and thus support the employment of peat entrepreneurs in new business areas. The acquisition is subject to accessories for an excavator used to install an underground power grid. The accessories are cable plow,Cable wagon and cable gear.
