- The North Karelia procurement is requested to offer an excavator that will be used for Riveria's teaching for mining, civil engineering and infrastructure construction. Operating hours should be less than 300 hours. The machine offered must include an Engcon Rotot Trail and accessories requested. The procurement process is in full in Finnish. The excavator must comply with the regulations of directly binding the European Union, the laws and regulations of the Finnish Union, as well as in the structure, equipment, work and fire safety and electrical safety, issued by the authorities.
