Description:
The subject of the procurement is the delivery of exercise and sports equipment to the subscribers involved in the procurement under the conditions specified in this request for tender and its appendices. All products must be suitable for their purpose, high-quality and durable products. Those identified by sub-regionthe products in the contract basket must meet the requirements presented to them.
Purchasing involves agreeing on a framework arrangement. The procurement is divided into the following sub-areas:
1) Exercise and sports equipment for store pick-up in Lappeenranta
2) Track and field equipment delivered to the customer
3) Ballindoor sports equipment delivered to the customer
4) Indoor sports equipment delivered to the customer
5) Ice sports equipment delivered to the customer
6) Water sports and sports equipment delivered to the customer.
The tenderer can offer one or more areas. Line-specific offers are not acceptedto force There is no limit to the number of sub-areas offered.
The goal of the actual contract period is to start on October 1, 2023 and end on September 30, 2025. The procurement unit also reserves the option to extend the contract with two (1 1) option years if it wishes.
