• Description:
• The goal is to acquire aerial photography, laser scanning and oblique aerial photography data (4224 ha) and the plan base map (980 ha) produced with them and city model data (3034 ha), which can be connected to the city's previously made base map and city ​​model. The city model includes textured 3D models of buildings as well as modeling of the ground surface, waterways and bridges. The aerial photography and laser scanning included in the work will be done in May 2026. The data collection material must be submitted for review By 15 August 2026. The ground map material must be ready by 30 November 2026. The city model material must be submitted for review by January 15, 2027, and the city model must be ready by March 31, 2027. The work steps are presented in more detail in the schedule described in Appendix 1. The subscriber chooses one service provider with whom he signs a contract. The service provider can use subcontractors. All services are in Finnish. The calculation reports attached to the work report can also be submitted in Finnish instead in English.
