Description:
The City of Riihimaki (hereafter referred to as the "customer" or the "procurement entity") requests your bid for the construction technical works for the expansion of the old town hall of the City of Riihimaki and the renovation of the old part of the building in accordance with the attached tender documents. the contractor works in the project as the main implementer and as the main contractor in accordance with the law. The subcontracts subordinated to the main contractor in the project are: Electricity and HVAC, which are performed as subcontracts subordinated to the main contractor in accordance with the subcontract RT-80271. The construction work is planned to start in February 2026 and the work must be completed by the beginning of January 2027 at the latest. NOTE: The attached documents of the tender request can be found in the BEM maintenance book. Instructions for requesting BEM's tender counter identifiers are attached to the request for tenders: Appendix 1 Tender counter identifiers RMK. the cheapest price is used as the basis for affordability. The minimum requirements set for quality in the request for tenders enable comparison only in terms of price. All procurement requirements are presented in the request for tenders and in the attachments.
