Description:
The construction project includes the construction of the extension of the Ristina Sports Field service building with work. The extension is a 1-storey, semi-warm space for the track machine at the northern end of the building. The floor interest rate on the extension and the interest rate on the top of the plinth are aligned with previous extensionto interest rates. The current extension will be converted to semi -warm, and the exterior of the extension is thermal insulation. Its exterior doors will be renewed. As a separate price (option), the water roof of the existing building will be renewed with plunge and troughs, and the roof water is directed to the rainwater system.where the construction contractor acts as the main contractor of the project and as the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation. The contract amount is a fixed total price. If the offer prices are equal, the city will use the value as a selection criterion.
