Description:
With this call for tenders, the Ministry of Labor and the Economy (TEM) is bidding for suppliers to carry out experiments to promote the identification of skills in SMEs. The procurement is related to the work of the competence identification working group set up by the Ministry of Labor and Economy and the Ministry of Education and Culture on June 24, 2021The working group's term of office is July 1, 2021 December 31, 2024. The work of the competence identification working group is part of the continuous learning reform measures financed by the EU Recovery and Recovery Support Facility (RRF).
The competence identification working group published its interim report on 20 December 2022 (http://urn.fi/URN:ISBN:978-952-383-641-9). The interim report has proposed experiments on innovative skills identification methods suitable for SMEs and testing their functionality in practice. The experiments to be procured are aimed at SMEs and their personnel. The aim of the experiments is to find a widei usable practices, methods and tools suitable for the everyday operations of SMEs to help identify the competence of the personnel, i.e. to detect, articulate and make visible the competence. The bidders make their proposed competence identification operating model for the experiment, figin the implementation plan that can be downloaded as an attachment to the offer.
The procurement is divided into two areas based on the size of the companies that are the target group of the experiments.
