Description:
The service area of the City of Procurement of the City of Procurement Vitality Service Services The Services Service Area requests an offer for year -round event concepts. Year -round is primarily a long summer season (from mid -May to mid -September) an external period event concepts. Throughout the year, the event concepts outside normal seasonal season can also mean year -round events and locations (eg Logomo, Gatorade Center, Turku City Theater, etc.). Experiments selected through tendering will be implemented between 1.10.2025 and 30.9.2026 in time. During the experiment, service providers collect customer feedback, which they report at the end of the experiment. The purpose of the process is to try new events in Turku that support the year -round event activities. The purpose of experiments is to create new, repeated Events outside the season. Experiments selected from the competition must meet the following conditions: 1. The experiment must be targeted by a. Summer season or b. The experiment should highlight new and repeatable event concepts.3. The experimenter must have the expertise and ability of the event to the professional implementation of the event.4. The experimental area must be Turku and the experiments must support the Turku events.5.
