Expert and facilitation services for defense and dual-use technology (joint procurement of DefTech Cluster North and DefTech North projects). City of Oulu / BusinessOulu implements two for defense and dual-use technologies and -development project related to business development of companies:1. DefTech Cluster North - building and coordinating a regional cluster of security and defense technology.2. DefTech North - strengthening the business capabilities of SMEs for the defense and dual-use markets.
