The North Ostrobothnia welfare area (Pohde) is looking for contract suppliers for consulting companies specializing in the services specified in the request for tenders to produce consulting and expert services for the operational processes related to the ICT systems of healthcare, social care and rescue operations.for planning and planning of ICT and information system services as well as project consulting.
The goal is to create an expert and flexible cooperation network with a framework arrangement for the production of Pohte renewal programs, planning and development tasks and project consulting services, efor the needs of customer and patient information systems, the future hospital OYS 2030 renewal program and the welfare area's ICT infrastructure and basic information technology.at the lowest possible price. Assignments are given as needed, and the number of assignments to be given during the contract period is not known. The customer does not commit to certain procurement quantities during the contract period and does not guarantee orders for all suppliers during the contract period.the aim is to get suppliers who have strong experience
• in the description and development of health care, social care and rescue operations processes (including support services) and
• versatile issues of requirements definition, change management and project management as contractual suppliers of the framework arrangement...
