Description:
We are looking for expert services for the pre-investigation project regarding pumped power plants in Kemijärvi, the goal of which is to produce researched, independent and regionally relevant information about the regional economic effects of pumped power plants in Kemijärvi. The project financiers are the Federation of Lapland (80%) and the city of Kemijärvi (20%). The task of this professional service procurement is to assess the regional economic effects of Kemijärvi's pumped-source power plant projects and to evaluate different power plant options implementation conditions as well as probability.
