• Description:
• The technical services of the city of Kotka (customer, procurement unit) are requesting offers for general and special inspections of bridges, for planning and construction services as well as supervision during construction work and site services in the request for tender and its appendices in accordance with. Procurement is divided into three areas: SECTION 1. GENERAL AND SPECIAL INSPECTIONS OF BRIDGES SECTION 2. DESIGN OF BRIDGES SECTION 3. BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION AND WORKING LAND SUPERVISION You can submit an offer to one or more to the subdivision. The competition establishes framework arrangements for each sub-area: all suitability and minimum requirements are selected for the sub-areas fulfilling bidders. Each sub-area will establish its own framework arrangement lasting two (2) years, which the subscriber can proceed with separate decisions by introducing two (2) one (1) year options. The procurement is carried out as a framework arrangement, because the quantity, scope and exact content of the professional services to be procured are not be able to estimate in advance. Services are procured during the contract period as needed, procurement is not committed in advance to certain purchase quantities. The framework arrangement does not contain quantity or minimum purchase obligations. Parallel or alternative offers are not allowed.
