• Master planning of construction projects Structural design Construction services The procurement unit tenders for an expert service that includes consulting in the following areas: main design of construction projects, structural design, and construction services. The bidder must have the ability to bid in all three areas. In the actual tendering phase, when the more detailed criteria have been published in the tendering request, the tenderer is not obliged to offer for every sub-area. Acquisition in the tendering phase, three suppliers are selected, one for each area. The Supplier selected for the sub-area nominates one expert, whose working time will be reserved for the Procurement Unit's use full-time, three or at most four days a week. The procurement unit can also order additional services belonging to each sub-area from the Supplier selected as its Supplier. On the basis of this announcement, Bidders submit an application for participation. A request for quotation will only be sent to those candidates who meet the eligibility requirements of the participation request. The work is carried out in the project workspace of the Customer's premises in Helsinki at least one working day a week, as well as in the Supplier's own premises. Remote work is possible with certain restrictions. Work requires traveling in Finland. The customer pays for the agreed work trips to the destinations according to the state travel rules.
