• Description:
• The University of Oulu and Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (hereinafter Procurement Unit or Client) acquires integration experts to implement the integration service. The experts work in the procurement unit's integration service team and carry out integration-related investigation, implementation and customer service work.
  The procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 2. Description of the procurement object.
  SKILLS POOL
  It is important for the customer that they carry out the work the experts know the Client's operating environment and operating methods. Assignments are primarily allocated to the talent pool of each skill and according to the resource situation. The supplier can submit experts to the expert pool throughout the contract period.   QUALITY IN THE COMPETITION
  In procurement, the overall economic price is used as the only comparison basis for affordability, because quality is taken into account in the broad and comprehensive minimum requirements.
  CONTRACT PERIOD
  This Agreement is valid for a limited period of 24 months (basic contract period), after which it continues indefinitely, unless the Agreement has been separately terminated here before. However, the Agreement will end no later than six (6) years after the Agreement enters into force.
