• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the expert services of the pre-examination phase of the reform of the production systems of urban measurement services. In practice, what needs to be acquired is an expert working group that implements the production systems of urban surveying services in the pre-examination phase for the future renovation project (hereafter KanTo). The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders appendix 1 Description of the object of procurement. The tasks of the expert working group in the pre-examination phase and their expected outputs are described in the appendix 1.1. Procurable experts are required to have strong and verifiable work experience in consulting tasks and ICT development suitable for this preliminary study. More detailed role descriptions of experts are presented in the request for tender in appendix 1 description of the object of procurement, in chapter 5. The requirements set for the expert working group and the supplier are described in more detail in appendix 2. The duration of the pre-examination phase of the KanTo project is a total of seven (7) months. A project is a purpose will be implemented during the fall of 2026 and spring of 2027. The professional services that are the subject of the procurement will be tendered as a reverse tender, where the winner will be paid a fixed total fee. The customer has defined what is to be paid for the expert service the total remuneration during the contract period is EUR 160,000 (VAT 0%).
