Description:
The object of the procurement is expert services related to the analytics of railways' mechanical track inspection. The analytics of the railways' mechanical track inspection include e.g. signal processing, combining data from different sources and different systems into one location system, materialanalyzing the quality of the content, producing calculations about the development of the condition of the railways and the need for maintenance, and data visualization. The procurement includes the framework agreements for three different subtasks. Framework agreements are used to assign individual assignments related to these topics
The procurement is divided into three subtasks:
1) Production and reporting of rail inspection analytics and expert tasks related to the implementation of the rail inspection wagon and the development of analysis,
2) Maintenance and development of the rail inspection database,
3) Rail inspection wagon data analyticsinspections related to age.
