Description:
The HUS corporation (later the "Client") requests offers for expert services related to operational and space planning projects in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. Projects can concern e.g. modeling and development of hospital and patient processes, e.gpreparation of proposals and logistics planning.
The actual contract period is two (2) years. After the basic contract period, the Subscriber reserves the right to extend the contract period with two (2) one (1) year options (1 1). The Subscriber notifies the Supplier no later than three (3) months before the start of the option yearua, does the Customer intend to use the option year. The anticipated start date of the contract period is 01.01.2024.
The anticipated total value of the procurement (VAT 0%) is approximately EUR 600,000 in total. It is an estimate, and the procurement unit does not commit itself to the announced euro amounts and the possibly stated in the request for tendersin, to the realized consumption amounts. The final order quantities may be larger or smaller than stated.
This is a total purchase, i.e. the purchase has not been divided into parts, because the purchase forms an appropriate whole.

The customer chooses three (3) contract suppliers.
