• Helsinki's urban environment department is involved in the introduction of a city-wide document management solution (M-Files) as part of the development of information management in the city of Helsinki. The City Office implements the technical establishment of the M-Files system, but the branches' task is to ensure the successful implementation of the system in their own services. The city office is also responsible for the general definitions of the system and the functionality of the main system level. The urban environment industry is responsible for how the industry works services take M-Files as part of their daily operations, and need expert help, especially for implementation planning and defining operational models to be implemented.
