Description:
The City of Kotka (contracting entity, subscriber) requests tenders for expert services for geo planning and studies in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. For the frameworkChoose service providers in the overall economic order of affordability based on the bid comparison. The contracting entity reserves the right to form a framework arrangement, even if there are less than three offers that meet the aptitude requirements.
Subscriber can continue the framework arrangement by takingUse one (1) option period of two (2) years. If the subscriber enables the option, the terms and conditions of the contract to be competitive now will also apply to it as such.to evaluate in advance.
The contracting entity does not commit to certain acquisitions during the contract period. Services will be ordered during the contract period within the framework of needs and appropriations.Framework arrangement
