Exterior painting of wooden parts of Espoo Asunnot Oy's 7 properties in accordance with the documents. The sites are divided into two different real estate groups. The cheapest contract price per property group is used as the selection criterion, the same bidder can win a maximum of two real estate group, the customer reserves the right to decide the real estate groups to be implemented, if the same bidder had won all two real estate groups. The customer reserves the right to leave items unfulfilled, e.g. due to budget overruns. The provider has to offer all real estate groups.
