• Description:
• The city of Sastamala requests bids for 1) the extraction and sale of rock material from the Ritakallio area. In addition, an offer is requested for 2) ancillary activities in the area. You can submit a bid for either one or both sites. Point 1): The city has a legally binding land and environmental permit for the area, which is valid until 6 March 2035. The purchase is made for the entire validity period of the permit. Permit regulations must be followed. The selected operator is responsible for the area's safety and appropriate protection and fencing during its operating hours. As a result of the operation, loose soil removed from the area must be placed in the area with a soil permit in accordance with the landscaping of the intake area. The operator is responsible for the implementation of landscaping in accordance with the permit conditions. 72,000 t/year.
