Description:
Luonnonvarakeskus (Luke) requests offers for the framework arrangement for the manufacture and installation of metal structures. The object of the acquisition is geographically divided into four (4) sub-areas, which are:
1. Northern Finland
2. Eastern Finland
3. Western and central Finland
4. Southern Finland
For everyone osThe a-region will form its own framework arrangement, for each of which a maximum of four (4) suppliers will be selected. The tenderer can submit his offer in one or more areas and be selected as a supplier in one or more areas.
The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenderae and its appendices, especially in appendix 1 "Description of the object of procurement".
The framework arrangement of the sub-area concerns the manufacture and installation of metal structures for the needs of the Natural Resources Agency's offices in the regions of Lapland, North Ostrobothnia and Kainuu.
More detailed description of the object of procurementa is presented in appendix 1 of the request for tenders "Description of the object of procurement". Within the framework arrangement, suppliers are selected based on either operating model A or operating model B. In operating model A, the Customer organizes the assignment-specifici.e. the simplified competition, which is carried out among the Suppliers selected for the framework arrangement. In operating model B, Luke can acquire low-value orders worth less than 5,000 euros directly from the supplier he deems most suitable.
