• Description:
• The request for tenders concerns the repair work of the facades of building C of the Lapinniemi school center owned by the municipality of Tervola and the concrete pillars of the associated canopies in accordance with this request for tenders and the documents attached to it. The work includes in general, cleaning of painted concrete facades and plaster surfaces, damage repairs, injection of cracks, renewal of element and expansion joints, patching of mortar, renewal of cement coating in accordance with the tender documents and the painting of facade surfaces and wooden parts. More detailed work content, quality requirements and work methods are presented in the tender documents, contract program and repair work report R0201S. Buildings A and B are not part of this contract. Building B however, a daycare center will operate next door for the duration of the project, which must be taken into account especially in delimiting the site area, safety of access routes, dust control, information and other safety and work arrangements. The form of the contract is a total contract, where the contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main implementer as defined by the legislation. The basis of payment is the total price. The contract includes the bound quantities defined in section 7.5 of the contract program, for which the tenderer must provide unit prices with the offer form. In addition, the builder will perform ventilation and air conditioning work at the site at the same time as this contract, and the main contractor must coordinate his own work with this separate work in such a way that he does not work...
