- The HUS group requests offers for facial and jaw osteosynthesis materials. The products included in the procurement are described in more detail in Appendix 2 of the request for tenders, Price and product form. The acquisition is divided into parts as follows: 1. Facial fractures and bony reconstructions - product family 2. Pediatric CMF plates, resorbable 3. Orthognathic plates 4. Neurosurgical cranial plate fixation materials A listing of the products to be tendered with product groupings and specifications is attached to the request for tenders 2. must comply with the absolute requirements and specifications stated in Appendix 2 Price and product form and other tender request material. When requested, the tenderer must prove the conformity of his products in writing. During the contract period, you can in addition, according to the anticipated value of the acquisition, acquire products belonging to the product groups that are the subject of the contract, which are not specified in the product appendix (see draft procurement contract). The contract period is two (2) years on a fixed-term basis. It can be continued 1 + 1 during the one-year option period. It is a joint procurement of several procurement units, which is carried out as a procurement ring. The products requested in this request for tender will be used by: HUS-yhtymä (HUS), South Karelia welfare area and Päijät-Hämeen welfare area.
