- The subject of the procurement is maintenance and basic cleaning services at the following sites in the city of Kuopio:
Sub-area 1. Hatsala Klassillisen school (Opistotie 5, 70200 Kuopio), approx. 700 pupils, the sports ground of the Kotkankallio shelter (Niiralankatu 32, 70600 Kuopio) and the central field football stadium (Kaartokatu 6, 70620 Kuopio).
Part - area 2. Yla-Pyoeroe school (Blominkatu 2, 70820 Kuopio), approx. 500 students
The home care teams belonging to the Pohjois-Savo welfare area are located in connection with the Yla-Pyoeroe school.
The estimated start date of the contract is January 1, 2024. Keskuskent football stadium, Kaartokatu 6,Kuopio contract start date 1 March 2024.
Hatsala classical school, Kotkankallio civilian shelter, Keskuskenta football stadium
Sub-area 1. Hatsala Classical school (Opistotie 5, 70200 Kuopio), approx. 700 students, Kotkankallio civilian shelter sports ground (Niiralankatu 32, 70600 Kuopio). Ordera is a running track, a gym, a boxing ring and an archery place. Central field football stadium (Kaartokatu 6, 70620 Kuopio). The cleaning includes the interior of the grandstand building as well as the grandstand toilets and commentary booths.
Yla-Pyoeroe school (Blominkatu 2, 70820 Kuopio), approx. 500 students
In addition, Yla-Pyoeroe'sin connection with ulu, the home care teams belonging to the Pohjois-Savo welfare area are located in premises 2026 2035, which are included in the purchase. The facilities have break, storage and social facilities for home care teams.
