Description:
The object of the acquisition is the service of a family therapist. The family therapist participates in the systemic teams of gerontological social work, bringing family therapeutic know-how, methods, thinking and structures. The family therapist supports the employees of the teams for building and maintaining a customer relationship and finding different solution options together with the customer and his close network. The family therapist participates in systemic weekly meetings and, if necessary, the client's network meetings of employees with. The family therapist participates in the development of a systemic operating model in the gerontological social work unit. The target start time of the contract period is September 2026 and the length of the contract period is one (1) year. After the contract period, the Subscriber has the possibility of two (2) one (1) year options, the implementation of which will be negotiated between the parties no later than three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period.
