SLYHY Description: The quick experiments obtained with this invitation to tender are part of a smart city -Helsinki Innovation Districs project. The Smart City project brings experiments and intelligent urban development to Malmi, Mellunkylä, Malminkartano -Kannnelmäki and Pasila. The project partners include Forum Virium Helsinki and the City of Helsinki Regional Building Unit. The aim of the program is to gain more information and practical experiences in the methods of changing the changing urban environment and the technologies that support it. The program supports the development of good service concepts and provides the opportunity to test them in a genuine urban environment.
