Description:
The acquisition is Ferry Terminal Turku, Streets - Contract in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The construction contract is divided internally into two separate areas (southern area located in the area between the harbor, Turku Castle and Juhana Herttua Puistokatu and the northern area thatis located in the area between the harbor field, the Pahaniemi bridge and the Suikkilantie). To the extent shown by the building plans, the contract will implement, among other things, the renovation of the old streets and surface structures of the plan area, the construction of new street areas and related municipal engineeringConstruction of parks, lighting, water supply and stormwater delays systems, as well as alterations at the northern end of the Vientikatu street, including planned track changes. According to the preliminary schedule, the project will be implemented from 08/2025 to 11/2028. The contract is implemented at target and roof pricesas a project management contract.
