- Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy asks candidates interested in procurement to submit an application for participation in the dynamic procurement system for the purchase of ventilation equipment filters. The dynamic procurement system is two-stage. In the first phase, a dynamic procurement system will be established and in the second phase, the filters of the ventilation devices included in the dynamic procurement system will be tendered through internal tenders within the system, for example through an electronic by auction. Tenders will be organized approximately twice a year. The criteria for the overall economic advantage of a purchase made within the dynamic procurement system are defined in more detail in the procurement request. All candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can join the dynamic procurement system for its entire duration, and all candidates accepted into the procurement system can submit bids for tenders. NOTE! Registration in the system is not binding candidate and does not oblige them to participate in the actual tenders. However, joining is a prerequisite for participating in competitions. In addition, the suitability conditions required in the procurement documents must be met.
