Description:
The food, cleaning and real estate services business department of the municipality of Liminga is requesting a quote for filters for ventilation machines in accordance with the request for tender. Bids are made on the attached excel form. The provider supplies brochures for the offered filter types in connection with the offer. Filters for the fire station and the health center are an option. The deadline for submitting offers is Tuesday, November 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. We do not pay compensation for calculating the offer. The filters must be delivered to the municipality by 23 December 2025. We don't count accept billing extras or any other extras besides the price of the filters and freight costs. The subscriber will not accept offers that do not meet the conditions of the request for offers or the offer has not been filled in the excel table. Additional questions will be sent to Cloudia on 17 November 2025 by and they will be answered on 18 November 2025. The cheapest offer will be chosen as the supplier of the filters. The customer defines the filters for the final order quantity. The given number of filters are estimates of the total need. Technical requirements for filters and the filtering categories are mentioned on the excel offer form. The delivery addresses (3 pieces) for calculating freight costs are shown next to the Freight costs column. The offered filters must comply with the ISO 16890 standard and Eurovent 4/21 energy efficiency class A. The tenderer can also offer a better filtration class or a better energy class if they wish.
