- The subject of the acquisition is the renewal of Fimea's online service Fimea.fi. Fimea is a central agency under the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, which operates in the field of medicines, medical devices, blood and tissue products intended for humans or animals, as a licensing and control authority for biobanks and pharmaceutical operators. DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT OBJECT The acquisition renews the Fimea.fi website and the publishing system so that the public website is user-friendly, accessible and supports up-to-date content management. The procurement consists of different entities. The entities are: 1. Service design service, expert work At the beginning of the project, a service design and specification phase will be implemented, the duration of which is estimated to be around 6 weeks. 2. New publication system and website implementation 3. Maintenance and further development Fixed price maintenance 4. Hourly small development, hourly UX design & hourly graphic work: The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders, and in its appendices, in particular in the appendix "Description of the object of acquisition". CONTRACT PERIOD The agreement is valid for a fixed period of 36 months, and will continue indefinitely thereafter. See also point 4 of the contract in Annex A of the request for tenders.
