Description:
Ylitornio municipality's subsidiary (with business ID 3607497-6) requests an offer for comprehensive financial management and accounting services, excluding auditing. The subsidiary will start its operations in stages between May 1 and September 1, 2026. The subsidiary is born from the decision of the Ylitornio municipal council to combine the slope operations of the Aavasaksa skiing center, as well as the operations of the slope restaurant operating next to it. In addition, the company will take care of the maintenance of the track systems, as well as the restaurant of the Aavasaksa pavilion. Company is a 100% owned subsidiary of the municipality of Ylitornio and its operations are significantly guided by the service contract concluded with the owner. Since the company is new and some of the industries to be incorporated have previously been owned by an entrepreneur outside the municipality, it is challenging to give an accurate numerical estimate of the company's turnover.
