- The procurement unit (CMI - Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation sr) is planning to tender financial administration services. According to the preliminary plan, the procurement would primarily include the following financial administration services as a single entity:
1. Payroll services for Finnish personnel
For Finnish wage and salary earners, the acquired service should cover:
• Maintenance and change of personal and employment data and management of salary and bonus bases
• Salary calculation
• Final salary
• Inspection of salary calculations and transfer of salary data after customer approval mto accus
• Transfer of employer contributions, membership fees and withdrawals to payment after approval of wages
• Accounting of salary and side expense vouchers
• Calculation and review of holiday pay provisions and recording of holiday pay debt in the accounting
• Claims for compensation for coil and accident insurance
• PaIncome tax declarations and separate declarations and reconciliations with the income register
2. Accounting services
The service to be procured should cover the following areas:
• Purchases and purchase ledger
- Entering non-e-invoices into Netvisor
- Exporting customer and payment information to Netvisor, if necessary
- Oscontrol of invoices for circulation in accordance with the conditions maintained by CMI
- Accounting of purchase invoices
- Monthly installments of purchase invoices
• Payment traffic
- Payment of purchase invoices after approval by CMI
- Payment of travel and expense invoices after approval by CMI
