Description:
The Port of Helsingin Satama Oy (hereinafter also "customer" or "procurement unit") requests to send an application for participation in the tender for the procurement of financial management services. The procurement is carried out using the negotiation procedure in accordance with § 38 of the Act on Procurement of Special Fields (1398/2016).the aim is to acquire a comprehensive service, where the service provider offers the Port of Helsinki accounting and financial statements, purchase and sales ledger and fixed asset accounting. If necessary, financial manager and controller services can also be ordered from the service provider. To be acquiredthe service package includes a commissioning project, incl. trainings, integrations and defined maintenance services.
According to the customer's preliminary view, the service provider must deliver at least the following cloud-based information systems as part of the service:
-accounting programsto
-fixed assets software
-budgeting software
