Description:
The object of the procurement is an accounting office-type financial and payroll administration service complex to be acquired for Kaiku24 Oy's use, which covers the payroll and accounting processes specified in more detail in this request for tenders and its appendices.
The service complex to be procured includesraw tasks:
- payroll administration (working time accounting at the company)
- recycling and payment of purchase invoices
- purchase and sales ledger
- payment transport and banking connections
- travel invoices
- accounting (external accounting)
- controller services (reporting by the board and management team, cost accounting and pricestelu and other ad. hoc needs)
In addition to this, the service provider's task, under the guidance of his expert, is to carry out guidance and training for the introduction of services by providing orientation and guidance to the company's personnel in teams, if necessary.
