• Teese Botnia Oy Ab's procurement services, on behalf of the Federation of Ostrobothnia, requests bids for the financial and payroll administration and personnel administration services of the Federation of Ostrobothnia in accordance with the tender documents. The object of the acquisition is financial management (accounting, purchase and sales ledger, reporting), payroll administration (salary payment, authority obligations, travel and expense invoices) and personnel administration services. The content of the services is described in more detail in this request for tender and its attachments. Appendix two describes the duties and division of responsibilities of the mediating institution in more detail. In appendix three, the division of tasks is defined in different subsections and additional information about the requirements is given. The service package includes information systems and software, and the organization and implementation of the transfer project. This purchase/contract is a complete delivery, however, the project can be implemented in parts. Partial offers will not be considered. The object of the acquisition and the related requirements are described in detail in this call for tenders and its attachments. INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE There will be an estimated 5 people using the systems in the Union of Ostrobothnia. The right of use, which can be used to make requests and reports to HR, should be around 35 to the person. The service package includes the provider's information systems and software, in the necessary parts, also for the subscriber's use.
