• Description:
• The City of Oulu, Corporate Administration requests your offer for the expert services of financing and valuation, company and corporate law, taxation and procurement (hereinafter also "customer") in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. The contract can be used by all business establishments in the city of Oulu and service areas. The goal of the procurement is to provide the city of Oulu with a framework arrangement that can be used to acquire high-quality and cost-effective expert services. The expert services subject to procurement are divided into the following areas according to the nature and content of the services:1. Financing and valuation which includes for example- Valuation in a business transaction- Planning of financing and capital structure e.g. in planning a large investment or in connection with the establishment of a company2. Corporate and corporate law and related to the ownership structure and the agreements concerning them legal consultation - Legal consultation related to business arrangements such as for example the establishment of a company - General legal consultation related to corporate and business law3. Taxation - Taxation planning - Applying for a preliminary ruling from the taxman - Value added tax expert help4. Key legislation on public procurement and competition law, which includes for example - State aid legislation The majority of the city's assignments include those related to all of the above areas (1-4) tasks.
