• Yrittäjänn talousapu counseling service is a financial counseling service launched in 2009 aimed at entrepreneurs with payment difficulties. The service is currently organized by the Employment, Development and Administration Center (KEHA Center) and its goal is to help and advise SMEs and entrepreneurs in financial and payment difficulties, and prevent unnecessary bankruptcies by offering a free advisory service with a low contact threshold. The target group of the service is micro and SMEs, especially those employing 1-10 people and private traders. The service package of Yrittäjän talousapu currently consists of a national (telephone) counseling service and a website (www. yrittajantalousapu.fi) as well as regional support services that are the responsibility of the cooperating parties. Partners in regional services include, for example, Suomen Yrittäjät with their regional organizations, regional development companies, municipal business organizations and Finnish business sponsors. The service is also supported by Yrittäjä's financial aid advisory board, which has a wide representation from different countries stakeholders and partners. The entrepreneur's financial assistance service is being developed as part of the EU-wide Early Warning cooperation network. The object of the procurement is acting as an advisor in the national advisory service of the Company's financial assistance.
