• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the financial control information system solutions of the City of Helsinki (hereafter the Customer) and related services. The acquisition covers technologies, implementation and implementation, continuous software service and the user rights it requires, continuous support and maintenance, further development and other expert services related to the use and development of solutions. Contractually, the procurement is organized in such a way that with a supplier and a technology supplier or several technology suppliers separate contracts are concluded under the same procurement. From a process perspective, the solution to be acquired includes the processes of basic data management, strategic planning, financial planning (operation and financial change review, framework, budget, result budgeting, forecasting), service and product cost accounting and reporting processes, as well as analytics solutions serving the processes.
