Description:
The target of the acquisition is to obtain an information system ("solution" or "service") to the City of Rovaniemi and possibly for the city to provide the entire accounting process from financial planning to financial statements.The service is purchased as a SaaS service including system implementation, maintenance, licenses, support services and integrations. Additional procurement and further development may be provided for the service to be acquired during the term of the contract. The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in this invitation to tender and in its annexes.The physical location of the services must be and must be managed in the EU/EEA. The contracting entity selects one (1) supplier with whom it concludes an indefinite agreement.
