Description:
The State Financial and Human Resources Service Center (Palkeet) plans to acquire the financial planning system as a SaaS service. The system to be acquired is aimed at comprehensively handling various activities and financial planning activities such as budgeting, forecasts and reporting. The solution should include a wide variety of functionalities that can produce cost and profitability calculations, allocate, for example, driver-based and multi-stage, and to do simulation and scenicing. The purpose of the financial planning system is to support bellows as well as in their own activities and finances and in the information needs related to state -level financial planning.
