Description:
The city of Orivesi and the municipality of Pirkkala are in the process of acquiring a reliable financial management system package that enables modern and smooth financial management working methods and automation solutions.
The financial management system package is acquired as a SaaS-style service, including orgimplementation, maintenance and support.
The procurement is divided into two (2) parts:
PART 1: Financial administration (accounting, sales ledger, purchase ledger, recycling of purchase invoices, operator services, user archive and payment transaction)
PART 2: Financial planning, reporting and consolidated financial statements
The tender can leftthis to one or both parts. The offer cannot be left in a single section within a section. One (1) contract supplier will be selected for each part, and different contract suppliers can be selected for part 1 and part 2.
The offer must be submitted to both Customers (Pirkkala and Orivesi). Commissioning of systemso is done jointly to the extent possible. However, both Subscribers must create their own system environment. Both Subscribers conclude their own delivery and service contracts.eet.
In Part 1, the system must be ready for use on 2 December 2024 and production use will start on 1 January 2025.
In Part 2, the introduction is phased as follows: production use of reporting will start on 1 January 2025, production use of financial planning will start on 1 April 2025 and production use of consolidated financial statements...
