• Finavia's current framework agreement for ICT project management services expires on December 31, 2025. As a result of this acquisition, a new framework agreement will be formed for the years 2026-2029, which includes 2 options that can be ordered separately for 2 years at a time until the end of 2033 at most. The contract period is therefore 4+2+2. A maximum of 8 bidders will be accepted for the framework arrangement, which will be selected in accordance with the criteria presented in this call for tenders. Within the framework of the current framework agreement, assignments ordered by 31 December 2025 will be carried out as such in accordance with the terms of the previous framework agreement, including the pricing of assignments until the end of the assignments, and the new framework agreement has no effect on them. Through the new framework agreement, orders can be placed in accordance with the terms of the new framework agreement, including the pricing of assignments, from 1 January 2026. the goal of the framework agreement is to form a pool of project managers from which resources can be acquired for project management. The service provider helps to achieve the set goals successfully and on schedule in cooperation with various stakeholders in such a way as to maximize the benefits produced by the projects and excellent execution of projects is ensured.
