Description:
THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT NOTICE. Finavia is planning to determine the PCR values for the movement areas (RWY, TWY, APN) of its 20 airports using a non-destructive method as a total service procurement ('turnkey'). The determinations are planned to start in 2026, with the PCR values of approximately three airports to be measured annually in accordance with the ADR regulation published by EASA. The purpose of this information request is to map the methods used for determining PCR values, including measurements (Heavy Falling Weight Deflectometer HFWD) and the software currently in use. Additionally, the request seeks information on service providers' expertise and previous experience in both measurement and determining PCR values at other EU airports. The previous experience in determining PCN values is also to be clarified with this information request. One of the main purposes of this data request is to clarify the calculation program used for determining PCR values and its suitability for Nordic conditions and the thick structural layers commonly used there. An explanation of the determination of PCR values for concrete slabs is also requested to be included as part of this data request.
