Description:
Fingrid Oyj is requesting Tenders for sensorless DLR application. Application should not need sensors or any other hardware except servers provided by Fingrid so purely software-based solution is in the target of this tender. Fingrid will use the DLR application in 400 kV power line grid. Total length of power lines is approximately 5500 km. Number of power lines and exact length in kilometers will be verified in preliminary Request to tender sent to candidates who have submitted application within set deadline and meet the minimum requirements. DLR application should take into account location of the power lines, environment, ambient temperature and wind speed and direction. Weather data should be included in the suppliers solution. Fingrid's target for DLR solution is described in attachment A. Description of Fingrid DLR procurement. Minimum technical requirements for the solution are listed in attachment B.
