- SECONDARY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES The subject of the procurement is the maintenance and fault-repair services of the secondary equipment of electricity, disconnector and customer stations owned by Fingrid Oyj and for which it is responsible for condition management. The services also include those related to them material deliveries and subcontracting services. In addition, the procurement covers the necessary design services related to maintenance and repair work. The secondary system includes, among others, the following equipment sets: IED, BCU, RTU, HMI, LAN, SVY, HT, TWS, PMU, PQ and systems comparable to them. Maintenance services are divided into four work areas: Northern Finland (OHAP) Western Finland (OHAL) Eastern Finland (OHAI) Southern Finland (OHAE) A map of the work area limitations is in Appendix 1 (Secondary devices territorial limitation of the maintenance contract). One contract partner is selected for each work area. The same provider can be selected for one or more work areas. The maximum duration of the contract is seven (7) years, including four (4) years main contract period and three (1+1+1) one-year option periods.
