Description:
The internal tendering process of the dynamic procurement system has been carried out in class 2. The customer selects a supplier based on the internal tendering process of the dynamic procurement system and enters into a procurement contract with the winning bidder. The procurement contract model is attached to the request for tender. The procurement unit requests your offer for cleaning services in accordance with this request for quotation and its attachments. The content of the cleaning services and the scope of the procurement are defined in the tender request and its attachments. Regarding the office space, the number of square meters, the number of people and the nature of the operation may change during the contract period. Featured Editor and the procurement unit will negotiate the effects of possible changes on the amount of cleaning work and the price of the cleaning. The anticipated scope of the procurement is 130,000 euros (VAT 0%). See also appendix 1 "Presentation of the cleaning site Sitra". The dynamic procurement system is valid until 31 December 2027. The customer's purchase agreement may be valid for a maximum of six (6) years, however, until 31 December 2030 at the most.
